MONITOX 1000
MONITOX 1000 can detect the presence/absence of mold contaminations (Aflatoxins) in various food matrices. MONITOX uses the UV ray feature to enlighten in a fluorescent colour those grains infected by kojic acid, a metabolite of the Aflatoxin-producer Aspergillus, that reacts with the thermolabile peroxidase of the sample.
